Start your freediving jurney

Are you curious to see what freediving is about? Have you been snorkeling and want to be able to spend more time underwater? Then this course is for you. Here you will learn the basics of Freediving, how to equalize the ears, how to breathe for freediving  and what happens in the body when we hold our breath. You will also learn how to rescue someone in the water, so you safely can go freediving with another person after this course.

The next step

This course is designed for students who have done a level done course and wants to take the next step. 

In this course you will start to enjoy the best part of freediving, the freefall. At around 15 meters depth, your body will start to sink and in this course you will learn how to do that, how to make use of the freefall.

The course aims at helping the student develop the skills and knowledge necessary to enjoy freediving at depths deeper than 22 meters. 

Course duration: 3-4 days

Explore new depths

In this course, you will learn how to use advanced equalization methods, mouthfill and how to equalize your ears at depths deeper than 30 meters.
